We are a 2nd generation construction company based out of Chesapeake, Virginia. Don Bilbo founded the company shortly after attending Ole Miss. His son, Jon, is taking the helm and expanding the business into the Richmond region. We have an extensive track record erecting Nucor metal buildings throughout Hampton Roads in the public and private sectors.

Matt is a Richmond native that worked for Don while attending Old Dominion University. After graduating with a real estate finance degree, he moved back to Richmond and started a real estate investment company. He joined Bilbo Construction in 2023 as a project manager bringing with him his 15+ years in residential remodeling.
